/&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- Bastante Sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Cobrir um tabuleiro de forno com bastante sal, onde se coloca a truta depois de arranjada e limpa (mas nao escamada e com cabeça).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Cobre-se também com bastante sal, deixando apenas a cabeça descoberta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Deixar assar, até o sal formar uma crosta compacta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Depois de arrefecer um pouco, essa crosta sai inteira e fica o peixe sem pele e pronto a ir a mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Dá um efeito visual bonito pela cor do peixe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Acompanhar por ex. de batatas salteadas e grelos novos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- Arroz&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;- feijão vermelho cozido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Fazer o refogado com azeite, bastante cebola e alho!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Juntar bastante agua e os grelos (convem serem novinhos) a cozer. Juntar também algum feijão vermelho já previamente cozido. Temperar a gosto - fica bom apimentadinho!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Quando levantar fervura juntar o arroz (para 4 chavenas de agua colocar por exemplo 1 chavena de arroz para ficar malandrinho).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Ainda mal cozido, desligar o fogão e deixar "abrir".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Fica optimo com /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Colocar também a salsa picada e temperar de sal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Ir mexendo para não colar e em lume brando para ficar bem cozidinho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Passa-se na varinha, leva-se novamente a lume brando e junta-se a colher de manteiga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span louro&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Poe-se o pato limpo a cozer durante 1 hora (depende sempre do tamanho) com todos os ingredientes acima!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Depois de cozido e arrefecido, desossa-se e esfia-se. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Com a agua de cozer o pato faz-se o arroz, com a proporção 2 agua/1 arroz para ficar seco. Limpe e descasque os camarões.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;2. Numa panela, de preferência de barro, coloque os camarões, cubra com a cebola e os pimentões. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;3.Regue com pouco azeite e o sumo de limão, polvilhe o sal e a pimenta a gosto, Deixe descansar por 30 minutos e regue novamente com azeite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;4. Leve a panela ao lume médio e deixe cozinhar, sem mexer, durante 10 minutos ou até que os pimentões ficarem macios e o excesso de líquido evaporar. Junte a farinha de mandioca para engrossar a moqueca. Mexer durante uns 10 minutos para não embolar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;5. Junte o leite de coco e cozinhe somente até ferver.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;6. Polvilhe o coentro e a salsa picados, tire do fogo e leve directamente a mesa na própria panela em que foi preparada. Sirva arroz branco como acompanhamento.&lt;br /&gt;PS. Acrescentar o polvo cortado aos bocados e juntar a agua da cozedura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando ferver, misturar o arroz suficiente para ficar “malandrinho”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vai ser o jantar Na casa dos meus pais resumia-se a uns bifes com batatas fritas e pouco mais!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Mas desde que tenho a minha casa, a minha cozinha, que adoro cozinhar.
